Refund requests received after the seven-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Coaching Programs

If a coaching session has taken place during the seven-day refund period, Joy Nurture reserves the right to deduct the value of coaching services already provided before issuing any refund.

The amount deducted will reflect the coaching session(s) delivered prior to the refund request.

The remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Online Courses

Participants who purchase online courses may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.

Refund eligibility remains available during this period regardless of course progress.

After seven (7) calendar days from the purchase date, course purchases become non-refundable.

Any licenses or permissions granted to use Joy Nurture materials will immediately terminate upon refund.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Joy Nurture may result in suspension of access to current and future services while the matter is reviewed.
